IGNITE Panels

Every IGNITE event features an IGNITE Panel, where students meet women and gender-diverse professionals who work in a variety of STEM jobs at different companies, who share about their journey to a rewarding STEM career. 

Panelists talk about their careers and also their personal backgrounds and challenges they’ve faced, which creates an emotional connection with the students and helps them recognize that wherever they’re coming from, they can be successful too. 

At the end of the panel students get to engage with the speakers directly by asking them questions.  

Standalone Panels are available as on-demand events virtually or in-person at your school.
