IGNITE Panel Offerings

At IGNITE Panels, students hear the stories of successful women and gender-diverse professionals in STEM careers, and get to engage in conversation with the Panelists by asking questions. Panels are the heart of IGNITE; that’s why every IGNITE Event includes a Panel. We also offer Panels as standalone events that take place virtually or at a school site.

IGNITE Event Types

You may be speaking on a Panel during one of many event types:

  • Company-hosted Field Trip
  • School-hosted Workshop with your company
  • Standalone Panel (Virtual or in-person, at a school site)
  • Virtual Work-Based Learning Experience with your company

Panelist Backgrounds

Many IGNITE Events include a variety of volunteer roles. While we encourage Panelists to be women and gender-diverse professionals in high-wage, high-demand STEM careers, we welcome volunteers of all genders, including male allies, to contribute in non-Panelist volunteer roles, such as Facilitator, Tour Guide, Activity Leader, and Small Group and Breakout Room Leaders!
