Once you have registered for an IGNITE Panel, we ask that you:

1. Complete this IGNITE Panelist Training once per school year.
2. Register for a one-hour, live, virtual Panelist Coaching Session before your very first IGNITE Panel, where you’ll get to practice with fellow volunteers. This is a one-time requirement; we only ask you to attend a Panelist Coaching Session if you have not done so before. Even for those who are comfortable with public speaking, the student audience and student-driven Q&A can be a very different experience, so practice time is valuable!
