Field Trip at Afiniti (Washington, DC)
Students will visit the Afiniti offices in Washington, DC, where they will participate in a hands-on workshop introducing them to the basics of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML). Students will explore three AI experiments, including trying their hand at Rock, Paper, Scissors against Afiniti’s AI bot and teaching a machine to recognize and distinguish objects and sounds! Afiniti mentors will briefly introduce Artificial Intelligence, and students will have an opportunity to hear from a panel of AI/ML professionals, followed by a Q&A session. All students who attend will receive Afiniti swag!

This field trip is open to students in grades 6-12 in the Washington, DC area.
