Field Trip at Group14 Technologies (Seattle, WA – Grades 4-postsecondary)
Visit a fast-growing technology company changing the future of Electric Vehicles! Group14 Technologies is a battery material manufacturer providing drop-in ready silicone anode material that allows an EV car to get a full charge in the same amount of time it takes to fill up a tank of gas (10 minutes or less). Group14’s batteries are smaller, charge faster, and last longer. They are helping enable the electrification of everything, for everyone!
Students will tour Group14’s corporate office, learn about their innovative technology, meet the women in STEM making their work possible, and experiment with creating circuits from everyday materials!
This Field Trip is open to students in Grades 4-postsecondary in the Puget Sound area. (The first educator to sign up will determine the age range.) All attendees will receive Group14 swag.
